Should faith healers be brought up on charges for failing to heal the sick and dying?

If a Doctor were to refuse emergency medical treatment for any reason, he'd go to jail. So when a faith healer is in town, why don't they go to the Pediatric Cancer ward and start healing the kids there instead of letting them die. I'm pretty sure you'll find some Christian kids there. I say that if they have the power to heal the sick and restore the dying, that for every one the let slip through their fingers they should face charges on. Unless of course their frauds and they're just faking it to scam people, then they should at least admit to what they're really doing.
