Indestructable Dog Collars?

you could try a chain around the dogs neck that would be rather difficult to chew up, although if arrow is gonna chew on it then maybe you should find some hard leather collars and give them a go, that should work for a bit and then if that does not worry you can get another leather collar and coat it in something that will taste bad for the dog like lemon juice or something like that
