l rash could be related to yeast infection?

uhmm ok so i got a yeast infection like a week ago so i used the monistat 3 day treatment except i used it during my active day instead of at night. then on the final day of the treatment i got my period. my period ended and theres no more yeasty smell or discharge or anything but one section around my near my is red and raw and itchy, i have no idea what it is. please help!
