Need opinions. Please help me guys. :(?

Def not weird for a girl to make the first move. Se guys are just too nervous to confess their feelings or theyre afraid that if they say they like you and you dont like them back then that can be an idea too. But the picture on the usb is def a sign he likes you but he is giving you a small hint and doesnt wanna make it too noticeable becuz he doesnt wanna scare you away. So if he likes you and you gave him that note he is def gonna be ecstatic and tell you his feelings. I know what im talking about lol hope i helped:)
