How bad are my Thyroid levels?

I was just tested for hypothyroidism. my TSH levels are 189.464 (result repeated & verified) how bad is this? My dr. said she had never seen a level like this. My Thyroglobulin antibody was 1429.6(also repeated and verifed) and my T3 level was a 32.3...I'm just curious as to the severity of my condition..I'm on medication, but still scared.
