Should I file a complaint PLEASE SOMEONE who isn't stupid.?

SORRY for posting this question so many times BUT PEOPLE seem to be so stupid and treat me like im not AMERICAN when I AM american and think i have no rights in my own fricken country. And i hope people understand by law you are allowed to report border patrol if they behave or give ANY attitude because they have to give respect no matter what race or anything. now here's the situation remember we did what the guy told us before and still giving issues and she's my wife and im american. and we are gonna be processing to live up in canada and we've been visiting each other since like 2006 been through billions of times. My wife is canadian and last time we came through the border the guy was giving us issues saying how are we sure you're gonna go back to canada and need proof such as a return ticket or if want like a car or house but she's only 18 and lives with her mom right now SO he really never told us what else to get...SO TODAY she went through the border and they gave her MORE problems saying same thing except this time she HAD a return ticket and on top of that she had a appointment card saying she had a doctor's appointment on the 20th of june so she has to go back for it but the lady just ignored it and said that isn't proof and thinks she's just trying to smuggle her way in to america she says need like proof of house but again she's fricken 18. ANd they Always give her such attitude as if she's like a terrorist or a problem. She's a canadian citizen and has been since she was born....so what do you guys think could i make a complaint....Also do if i file a complaint do you think it would affect her visiting if it gets rejected or can it not affect her crossing by law?
