What is a motor nueron and what is a sensory nueron?

A sensory neuron carries electrical impulse from the organ or whatever felt the stimulus, to the central nervous system. The motor neuron carries impulses from the central nervous system to an (effector?) such as a muscle which would cause it to contract.
