Who does my fiance love more me or his parents?

Me and my fiance where ment to be getting married THIS saturday and i was all excited, We had arranged that it was just going to be me, him, the kids and 2 witnesses at the registry office. It was all sorted......the flowers, dress hairdresser everything...... Both our parents said that if it was what we wanted to do they were happy for us, until sunday just ped when his mother started cryin sayin she wanted to be there. So my other half said he didnt want to marry on saturday and wanted to change it to july when all parents could be there, Im now totally gutted, Had to change all plans and explain to everyone why the wedding was off, Am i just being selfish? Im happy my mum will now be there but to cancel at such short notice???
