Stock Beta question... stuck on a few questions.. Can anyone help.. 10 points thx?

If I were doing this I would download the data for SP500 and AAPL from Yahoo Finance, put it in Excel, find the monthly return for each, then do a ter plot of the two with one on the y axis and the other on the x axis. Simply fit a trendline by right clicking on one of the data points and the slope should be your beta coefficient.
