Are there plants adversely affected by Blood and Bone?

Can i go mad spreading blood and bone around my trees,lawn,shrubs and vegies or are there plants out there in my garden that will spit the dummy if i apply too much blood and bone? I ask as i have discovered a source of very cheap blood and bone and my garden could do with a some tlc.
