Mother n law do you blame me?

why does my mother in law say she miss my kids who are 3 years old and 6 months old and she tells my husband she cris all they time she wants to see them, but we never met never talked on phone, im in usa shes in pakistan, she never sends my kids bday gifts or xmas gifts or even when its there holiday they dont send them anything, do you think she miss them? they have $ so i dont know why they want come here she tells my husband she will die before she sees her grandkids if you miss them like you say why dont she come here or send gifts? i always send photos to them, and they want me to go there im not going there its not safe for me or the kids im scard to go, plus im 3 months pregnant im not going with a 13 month old new born and a 4 yr old, its to much, they want me to go over there, im not! do you blame me? not waiting to go there , i feel they dont miss them or care about them, if my son moved to italy i would see my grandkids! i could not wait like there doing ,
