If I had the right away in an accident- she failed to yeild,does it matter that she is claims i had blinker on

I was involved in an accident. I had the right away and she failed to yeild. I swerved to miss her and and she hit me anyways. She claims that I had my blinker on to turn (which I didnt) She was ticketed. Does this have a chance to be disputed?
