My grandson has been acting weird.?

My grandson has been acting a little strange. When I let him roam around and such he always takes off his clothing. That's not the weird part the weird part is he puts his fingers up his rectum and makes weird noises I dont know what to do I told his mother and my son but they said they will take care of it
